2. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
No, We bring our own high-quality cleaning products and equipment. However. if you prefer specific products, we’re happy to use them.

3. How do I book a cleaning service?
You can book a service by calling, texting, or emailing us. You can also fill out our online contract form, and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

4. How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the type of cleaning, the size of your home or office, and any special requests. Contact us for a personalized quote.

5. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home. Many clients provide us with a way to enter, such as a key or door code. Your security and privacy are our top priorities.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept { Cash, Zelle, Venmo, etc.}. Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged.

7. What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hourss’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
